We were offered a different room, but didn't feel like packing everything back up. The TV wouldn't come on and the air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off everytime it came on. We should have swapped rooms and it would likely have been a better experience. The gym is nice and big. The kids enjoyed the pool.
My family and I have stayed at this hotel three times now. It appears recently that they have acquired a new member in the kitchen area. Compared to the other two ladies who always run around looking angry and rushed, this nice young man is very professional and even friendly. What a nice change up. He was eager to help, talk, and accommodate. And he had a personality, quite a refreshing change!

Decent rooms. Elevator feels a bit sketchy. Hotel feels like it could use a good update. Location is good. Close to shops and restaurants.
Had a handicap room. For those who travel w a hoyer, this is a rare find. Bed mattress does not sit on a box so the hoyer is able to roll under the bed. Front desk personnel were very welcoming. Breakfast may not be fancy but it was hot and hit the spot.
It’s a quiet location and relaxing place. I happen to stay when there were several ball teams in and out of here. I didn’t hear any of them except for the high school kids that came in on Friday afternoon. They eventually quieted down around 9pm and didn’t hear them until 830-9am the next morning. I have no complaints about the stay and the breakfast had the normal choices and some surprising things as well. The pancake machine wasn’t working but the bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal and cinnamon rolls are still very plentiful.
Great clean hotel, nice service and breakfast, But not 5 stars because we had to set up tv, and our floor 4th had no ice.
Everything was nice the only thing is I wish there pancake machine was working I had to go to the waffle house just for that but it was a nice stay
